A PROJECT BORN FROM A DREAM
Bhhk (Baroque Horse, Horse of Kings) founded in 2016, has grown from a small project into a leading provider of riding lessons, workshops and clinics in the Japan & the United Kingdom. Our journey is marked by a commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and a passion for excellence.
We are passionate about fostering a profound connection between rider and horse. Our unique approach integrates traditional Portuguese riding techniques and philosophies, emphasizing that true horsemanship extends beyond merely sitting in the saddle. We believe that to master the horse, one must first master oneself. Our offerings include biomechanics lessons, working equitation, and classical dressage training, all designed to cultivate harmony between horse and rider.

BHHK is happy to announce that we are back to work with many plans for the future! We can’t wait to see everyone again and your amazing horses.
We are currently stationed between Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds and are offering a different number of services, in which are included the following:
- Dressage Schooling;
- Working Equitation;
- Lessons on one of our horses or your own;
- Groundwork lessons;
- Workshops for beginners;
- Working Equitation Clinics (Spring & Summer);
- Dressage Clinics (Spring & Summer);
- Equestrian Art Clinics (Spring & Summer).

Never push the horse beyond his limits, physically or mentally, to ensure he will always be content with working for the rider. Prepare each session in a way that helps keep the horse interested in his work and listen to the rider's requests.
Three Equestrian Art clinics have been held in the past, and we welcomed different breeds of horses with varied backgrounds and their owners, searching for other feelings and a way to understand each other better.
Learn about the natural mechanics of the horse, to adapt the working session to your horse's character and physical capabilities. Sometimes the answer is simpler than one thinks.
